Is Archer called Archer Forbes Montgomery or just Archer Montgomery. As far as we know, Addison wasn't married before Derek and even if she was, when they divorced she would have changed back her name to just Montgomery. The only other way I see that she could be called Forbes would be if her mother or father were forbes and the other Montgomery. If so, should Archer not be Archer not be Forbes Montgomery too?? -2Anthony4 (Page me!)20:38, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
I moved the page because of Addison's page title not containing Forbes. I imagine Forbes is part of their surname, double-barrelled if you like. He has referred to Addison as a "Forbes Montgomery", the line was something like "A Forbes Montgomery dating a cop", and so I imagine he's the same.
In terms of her married name, she was referred to as Addison Forbes Montgomery-Shepherd - so Forbes is definitely not part of Derek's name.
In fairness, the article titles should really reflect the more commonly used names - Dell Parker instead of William Parker for example, and both usually refer to themselves as Dr. Montgomery. So that's my reasoning behind the move and the 'name' section of the box. --Wiggl 20:52, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
I'll go with it being moved back, and looking at the material for PP - Addie is also listed as Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery, so that ought to move as well. --Wiggl 21:44, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
