Sheila was in the hospital to have a tumor removed. She was worried about her boyfriend visiting. They'd been dating for a year after meeting online, but they hadn't met in person. He'd surprised her by saying he wanted to come to the hospital to visit her when she told him she was having surgery.
Before her surgery, James arrived at the hospital. She was shocked to find that he looked nothing like his picture and immediately ordered him to leave.
Sheila's surgery went well and she was stable and awake afterward. James had stayed at the hospital and asked to see her again, hoping she'd give him a chance. However, they argued when he learned that she had lied about her tumor, saying it was life-threatening.
