Flood
When the roof started leaking at the hospital, Mike said he needed to turn the water off to fix a burst pipe. However, Richard said they needed water to keep the hospital open, so he had to fix it with the water on. When the flooding got worse, Richard finally agreed to let him turn off the water to fix it. George's Locker
Prior to the merger with Mercy West Medical Center, Mike cleared out George's locker to make room for the new residents. ("Goodbye")
Conjoined Twin Surgery
Mike came into the OR before and after the doctors separated Brandi and Andi Evans to clean. ("This Magic Moment")
