Ovarian Teratoma[]
Dr. Russell examined the tissue of Janell Barnett's ovaries after they were removed. He first examined the right ovary while Janell was still in surgery and informed them that there was no pathology found. After her left ovary was also removed, he examined that one. He was reluctant to conclude the presence of a teratoma without looking at more slides, but when pressured by Meredith and Bailey, he agreed that it was likely that it was a teratoma.
