Mark Sloan being sued prompted the hospital to enact Date and Tell

Date and Tell was a policy implemented at Seattle Grace by Wayne Sheehan (human resources) and Adele Webber (nurse mediator).

The BecomingEdit

When nurses grew tired of Mark Sloan's advances towards them at Seattle Grace, they almost took legal action, so to protect itself, Seattle Grace initiated the date and tell policy where employees of Seattle Grace had to document their sexual history with other employees.

Miranda Bailey was the only employee exempt and George O'Malley handed out and categorized the forms.

Notes and TriviaEdit

  • As a result of the 2014 non-fraternization policy, similar policies to Date and Tell normally shouldn't be implemented again.
