'''On Call''' is the first webisode of Grey's Anatomy. It taes place on New Year's Eve (and during/after the events of [[Holidaze]]). At Joe's bar, Ryan Spalding sings karaoke, Megan and Steve visit Joe's and bump into ierce. Graziella and Pierce reveal themselves to be dating and Charles confesses his love for Reed.

Ryan sings karaoke at the Emerald City Bar and Joe is told that some people want to do a documentary on the doctors of Seattle Grace at his bar. Joe shares that he hired a band on New Year's, like he always does but they left to "run an errand" ad Joe decided to set up karaoke instead.

At their house, Mega demands to know whether they will get paid for the documentary because Steve is the sole bread winner and other than his money, and maybe money from suing Richard Webber, they have no income.

They leave for Joe's bar but Megan tries to leave when she sees Pierce. Steve convinces her to stay and Graziella greets them. Pierce is interviewed and explains that he fought Steve before and can do it again, he also reveals that he is no longer a doctor at Seattle Grace, he works in the morgue.

Graziella is interviewed and says that she and Pierce are extremely happy together although she wasn't originally sure because she is Steve's best friend.

Reed cheers as Ryan finishes his song and Charles is interviewed and says Reed dates a lot of guys and asks why wouldn't se date him. Reed appears behind him and tells the interviewer that all he said was probably lies and that she knew him from med schol and he is like a brother to her.

Steve runs out to the car to get Megan's pre natal pills. When he goes, Pierce approaches and asks Megan for a paternity test because the baby could be his and if Megan doesn't tell Steve, he will.
